What we collect
The notes, voice recordings, and prophetic words you record in Rhema+ are personal — and we treat them that way. Your content is encrypted at rest using Google Cloud KMS and only accessible to you through your authenticated account, unless you choose to share it.
- Account: email address, language preference, and authentication tokens.
- Content: notes, audio files, and tags you create — encrypted before storage.
- Usage: anonymous diagnostic data (crashes, latency) to keep the app reliable.
How we use it
Solely to provide the service: storing your journal, syncing across devices, sending the notifications you opt into, and improving stability. We do not train models on your content. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
Only with the providers strictly required to operate Rhema+ — currently Google Cloud (storage, KMS), Stripe (payments if you subscribe), and email/push providers. They process your data on our behalf under data-processing agreements.
Sharing your words
Your words are private until you share them. You can share in three ways, and you can stop at any time.
Public link. Anyone with the link can read the word on rhema.plus, without an account. Your name is hidden unless you turn it on. The audio is included unless you turn it off. We count how often the page is opened, not who opens it. These pages ask search engines not to index them. If you turn the link off, it stops working right away. Turning it on again creates a new link. The old one never works again.
Specific people. You can share a word with email addresses you enter. We store those addresses to give access. Someone with an account gets access right away and a notification. Someone without an account gets an invitation email, sent through our email provider Brevo. They only get access after signing up through that invitation, or with Google or Apple using the same address.
Shared folders. A shared folder has an owner, members and readers. Everyone in the folder can read the words in it. Members can also add their own words. People in a folder see each other's name and email address. When someone leaves or is removed, the words they added leave the folder with them. For new words in a folder you get at most one push notification per hour and one email per day.
Saving a copy. Someone you shared a word with, directly or in a folder, can save their own copy. That copy belongs to them and stays in their library, even if you stop sharing later.
You stay in control. You can stop sharing at any time. Others can read a shared word, but not edit or comment on it. A shared word counts only toward your own plan limits, not toward those of the people you share it with. When you delete your account, we remove your links and shares, the folders you own, and your memberships in other folders, including the words you added there.
Ads and measurement
On rhema.plus, and when you sign up through the web app, we use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work. Meta then receives technical data such as your IP address, browser, the page you visited, an anonymous cookie ID and, when you sign up, a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address. Your notes, recordings and other journal content are never shared.
In the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland we only do this after you click Accept in the cookie notice, and we remember that choice for 12 months. Elsewhere the pixel loads directly. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time.
Your rights
You can export or delete your entire journal at any time from the in-app account screen. Deletion is permanent: encrypted blobs and their keys are destroyed. If you prefer to make a written request, email support@rhema.plus.
